Our virtual training program offers 30-60 minute classes that can be done in the comfort of your own home. You’ll only need a 4ft x 6ft space (carpet or hard floor), everyday household items (no expensive equipment or mats), and a computer or mobile device.
Our instructors will warm up the class, focus on strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination as well as provide drills so your child can safely practice at home.

We currently offer the following classes:
Tiny Tots/ Mommy & Me (30 mins)
During these classes for younger athletes, we will teach the fundamentals of tumbling, core strength, balance, and flexibility. Perfect for 18 mos to 4 year olds, each skill can be done safely in your living room on any type of softer surface (like carpet) with no tumbling aids.
Strength & Conditioning (30mins)
Age 3 & up
These classes are perfect for young and old! This class will keep your heart pumping and body moving. We know that keeping active is so important to our mental health as well as our physical health. So let’s get moving together!
Cheer 101 (1 hour)
Age 5 & Up
Our Virtual Cheerleading classes focus on jumps, stunting skills, and drills, flexibility, and dance. Choose from beginner or intermediate dance class, jump technique, and conditioning class and flyer training class.
Cheers, Chant's & More (1 hour)
Age 5 & up
During this class, your child will lean various cheers & chants. This class will also focus on other fundamentals of cheerleading!
Beginning/Intermediate Tumbling (1 Hour)

Flight School (1 hour)

Our tumbling program is the perfect place to start if you’re looking for something fun and challenging for your child. Our athletes work at their own pace and individual skill level during our beginner classes. Our safety-certified instructors teach by using safe, at-home friendly drills. The goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals and work with coaches virtually and independently to achieve those goals.
This class focuses on stretching & flexibility, which is essential to most skills in cheerleading. We will also focus on skill essential to being a flyer and/or base.
